    During times of imminent disaster preparations, health care is often
overlooked,except for having a first aid kit available.Remember during
Hurricane Katrina, when people were stuck on roof-tops and in nasty flood
waters? Well, you sure did not see a lot of doctors around,or very much
medical help even for those in the Super dome.Why? Because they all left
and were gone for weeks after the storm.If you are the type of person
reading this, than you will be more prepared than most,you will possibly
have an entire community of men, women and children looking to you for
help to survive,and provide basic treatment for sickness and injures,because
you studied ahead.
     If you depend on prescription drugs to live, we suggest obtaining as
much as you can legally ,and learn what alternatives could be employed to
keep you alive.This may take a lot of studying,but some day you may be very
glad you did - Below is a list of basics to stock pile or produce and all
